Medical
Sunkist employees in Southern California have a choice of four medical insurance plans, providing a wide variety of options. Choose any doctor or service provider or opt for a health maintenance organizations (HMOs).
Employees outside of California are offered The Blue Card, a PPO (preferred provider organization) that is part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield family.
Vision and Dental
Vision insurance is available through Vision Service Plan (VSP), and you may choose one of two dental options:
- The Blue Cross Dental Plan (see any dentist you choose)
- The CIGNA Dental Plan (an HMO-styled plan)
Flexible Benefits Package
Sunkist's Flexible Benefits Package offers employees a way to save money on certain health care and dependent care expenses by paying those expenses with tax-free money! There are two separate Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) available:
- The Health Care FSA
- The Dependent Care FSA
