The Sunkist Board of Directors has adopted some new amendments to update and modernize the cooperative’s bylaws. Most of these amendments do not affect members directly. They involve changes in the way the Board of Directors operates at the Board level, stylistic revisions intended to make the bylaws clearer, deletion of out-of-date material or simple corrections.
