Good Agricultural Practices (GAP's) describes a set of principles that, when applied to the production of fresh fruits and vegetables, help to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of fresh produce destined for human consumption. The following documents have been developed to serve as an example of how a typical citrus growing operation might implement and adhere to a Good Agricultural Practices program. Please start by reading the How to Use document and then download the subsequent GAP documents for your use.
