Healthy Eating Habits
Eating healthy isn't as hard as it seems. Snacks are the most common source of high calorie eating. Try substituting your sweet afternoon snack for a more natural source of energy like vegetable sticks or a piece of fruit. Try a SunkistŪ orange or tangerine for a healthier snack alternative. Feeling Sluggish
Do you feel tired when you try to work out? Try this homemade energy drink you are sure to love! In a small pot, bring one cup of honey and three cups of water to a slow simmer. When about a third of the water has evaporated, remove from heat and add the juice of two Sunkist lemons. Pour the liquid into a dark container with a paper towel covering the opening, allowing the mixture to breathe and cool. Once cooled, drink it slowly and enjoy. You'll soon feel as good as it tastes!

Having trouble getting to the gym? The best method for staying motivated is to focus on your own personal reasons for getting into shape. Make a list of all of your reasons to get in shape.
