- 1 can (about 12 ounces) strawberry nectar, chilled
- 1 cup cubed, peeled papaya
- ½ cups lite evaporated skimmed milk
- 1 Sunkist® lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 cup ice cubes (about 8 to 10)

- In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour into four 8-ounce glasses. Garnish with lemon cartwheel slices and fresh mint, if desired.
