Lemon Strawberry Flip Recipe

  • 1 can (about 12 ounces) strawberry nectar, chilled
  • 1 cup cubed, peeled papaya
  • ½ cup lite evaporated skimmed milk
  • 1 Sunkist® lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes (about 8 to 10)

  • In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour into four 8-ounce glasses. Garnish with lemon cartwheel slices and fresh mint, if desired.
