Six Flags and Sunkist Growers Team Up to Offer Healthy Choices for Families Within the Park Environment

Sunkist to Be “Official Fresh Fruit” of Six Flags Theme Parks; Companies Will Also Provide Sampling Opportunities and Consumer Retail Offers

New York, NY - February 21, 2006 - Six Flags (NYSE: PKS) and Sunkist Growers announced today a new advertising and promotional relationship that highlights their mutual commitment to providing a variety of healthy food choices to the millions of active families that visit Six Flags theme parks each year.

Under the agreement, Sunkist will become the “Official Fresh Fruit” of Six Flags and the exclusive fresh fruit provider within the park environment. The companies will also collaborate on sampling opportunities and consumer retail offers including the addition of Sunkist Fun Fruits to Six Flags Kids Meals, and discounts for Six Flags guests. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
