Baked Pork Chops with Tangerine Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

• 8 thin cut pork chops (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• ¾ cup boiling water
• 3 Tbsp. salad oil
• 1 package (about 6 oz.) seasoned stuffing or dressing mix
• ¾ cup Sunkist® freshly squeezed tangerine juice
• ½ cup flaked or shredded coconut
• ½ cup chopped celery
• ¼ cup finely chopped onion
• 2 Sunkist® tangerines, peeled, segmented, seeded
