Bow Tie Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Oranges Recipe

Ingredients:

• 12 soft style* sun dried tomato halves (about 1 1/2 oz.) cut in thirds
• 3 Sunkist® oranges, juiced (1 cup)
• 8 oz. farfalle (bow tie) pasta
• 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
• ¾ cup sliced celery
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
• 1 chicken flavored bouillion cube, crushed
• 1 Tbsp. corn starch
• 1 Sunkist® orange, peeled and cut into quarter cartwheel slices
• 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  
  * If very firm sun dried tomatoes are used, soak tomatoes in orange juice 1 hour or longer.
  
  
• Note: Sliced chicken from 1 to 2 half chicken breasts can be added with orange slices and parsley if desired.
