Broiled Lemon Halibut Recipe

Simple preparation brings out the best in high quality fish. Broiled Lemon Halibut is delicious served with an herb butter or hollandaise sauce.

Preheat oven broiler.

In a small bowl, combine oil, Sunkist lemon and seasonings.

Lightly brush halibut with the oil mixture; place fish in broiler pan.

Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Brush occasionally with remaining oil mixture.
