The citrus and the broccoli combine for a salad full of clean, fresh flavors and is easy to make. Chilled Oro Blanco/Melo Gold and Broccoli Salad is refreshing and very flavorful!

Ingredients:

2 Sunkist® grapefruits
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
½ tsp. dried dill weed, crushed
¼ tsp. onion salt (optional)
1 lb. broccoli, separated into flowerets, cooked, drained, chilled
¼ lb. mushrooms, sliced

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

Over bowl, peel and section fruit; drain and reserve about 1/4 cup fruit juice.

In tightly sealed plastic bag or in shallow dish, combine oil, reserved juice, mustard, dill and onion salt.

Add chilled broccoli, mushrooms and fruit sections.

Chill 1/2 hour, turning occasionally. (Or marinate in a tightly sealed plastic bag, turning occasionally.)
