This pork dish is bursting with flavor without the addition of salt. This is a Sunkist S’alternative™ using the lemon and zest. Citrus Pork Chops are simple to make and delicious!
Ingredients:

olive oil

boneless 1/2 inch pork chops

Sunkist® navel oranges, peeled and segmented

Sunkist® lemons, zested and juiced

Tbsp.
fresh rosemary

Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions: (Makes 6 servings)

Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat, add oil. Pepper the pork chops, top with 1/2 of the lemon zest and rosemary.

Brown the chops until just cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Pour the lemon juice over chops and cook 1 minute more.

To Serve: Remove the pork chops to a serving plate, top with the balance of lemon zest, rosemary and orange segments.
