Parmesan cheese, grated

dried oregano

Sunkist® lemon
grated peel and juice

dry bread crumbs
Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Blot chicken pieces with paper towels to dry surface.

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, cheese, lemon peel and juice. Roll each chicken piece in the mixture to coat lightly and completely. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Place in baking pan; bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until done.
