Double Good Fresh Fruit Mousse Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
• 1 cup Sunkist® fresh squeezed orange juice
• ½ cup mashed banana or strawberries
• ½ Sunkist® lemon, juiced
• ½ Sunkist® orange, grated peel
• Low calorie sugar substitute to equal 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 envelope (1 1/4 oz.) whipped toping mix
• ½ cup cold water
• 4 egg whites
• Orange quarter cartwheels and fesh mint or strawberry halves for garnish.
