Very good and refreshing. Double Raspberry 'N' Grapefruit Surprise is wonderful, the dressing made with Raspberry vinegar and light corn syrup is delightful over the fresh grapefruit and raspberries.

Ingredients:

Sunkist® grapefruit, peeled and sectioned*
1 basket raspberries (6 oz.)
3 to 4 Tbsp. raspberry flavored vinegar
3 to 4 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

* A combination of ruby and white grapefruit can be used.

Instructions: (Makes 6 servings)

In a serving bowl arrange layers of grapefruit sections and raspberries. Stir together vinegar and corn syrup, pour over fruit. Cover and chill briefly. Garnish with mint before serving.
