Sunkist® fresh-squeezed orange juice

Sunkist® fresh orange zest, chopped

Heavy whipping cream

Instructions: (Makes 100 servings)

PROCEDURE:

To build each kebob, thread one piece of chicken, followed by 1 segment of Sunkist Minneola Tangelo, followed by 1 piece of bell pepper, followed by 1 piece of red onion

Repeat this 3 more times, and add 1 additional segment of Tangelo to end the skewer

Once all the skewers are made, place on a sheet pan, cover, and hold under refrigeration until needed

TO MAKE ONE PORTION:

Take 2 skewers from the tray

Sprinkle each with 1 Tbsp. of cajun seasoning. Grill, turning to cook on all sides until cooked through, about 8-10 minute

Remove to a serving plate

Garnish with 1 tsp. of green onion

Serve with starch and vegetables du jour, and 2 oz. of the Sunkist Tangelo BBQ sauce for dipping (See SUNKIST TANGELO BBQ SAUCE recipe)
