A very simple and delicious dish. Fresh Sunkist Cara Cara Navel Salsa with Grilled Chicken will delight your family and friends!

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts
½ cup Sunkist® Cara Cara navel segments, diced
1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. red onion, small dice
1 tsp. jalapeño pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves, minced
1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

Combine orange segments, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro and salt. Toss gently to mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Preheat grill. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and evenly coat with oil. Grill over medium high heat 5 to 8 mnutes on each side until cooked through. Top each chicken breast with salsa.
