Fruited Pork Chops with Grapefruit Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick, about 1 pound per 4 chops)
• Salt, pepper and ground allspice
• ½ Tbsp. olive oil
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2/3 cup apricot nectar
• ¼ cup dried blueberries or dried Bing cherries
• 1/3 cup juice of Sunkist® grapefruit (about 1/3 cup per 1/2 grapefruit)
• 2 tsp. cornstarch
• 1 Sunkist® grapefruit, peeled and segmented
