Ingredients:

bell pepper (red and yellow), chopped into 1/2-inch cubes

zucchini, chopped into 1/2-inch cubes

finely chopped red onion

large Sunkist® oranges, washed, peeled and cut into 1/2 -inch cubes

Citrus Salad Dressing
Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Add Citrus Salad Dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve.
