This sauce can be used in a variety of dishes, Lemon Ponzu Sauce with the soy sauce and sherry make this a taste sensation!

Ingredients:

¼ cup water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
½ Sunkist® lemon, grated peel and juice

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients; heat.
