The fresh mint really adds a wonderful flavor to the Minty Orange Grape Compote. The honey combined with the fresh citrus is absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup honey
1 Sunkist® lemon, juiced
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
2 Sunkist® navel oranges. peeled and cut into quarter-cartwheel slices
2 cups Sunkist® seedless grapes

Instructions: (Makes 6 servings)

In a bowl combine honey, lemon juice and mint. Add orange slices and grapes and stir well. Chill for 2 hours or longer stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh mint if desired when serving.
