Neptune Pocket Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cans (about 7 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
• 1 Sunkist® orange, grated peel
• 2 Sunkist® oranges, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces, and drained
• ½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
• ¼ cup chopped green onions (scallions)
• 6 (6-inch each) loaves pocket bread, cut in half
• Fresh spinach leaves, cut into thin strips
