Crêpes are thin and delicate pancakes, Orange Dessert Crêpes make a perfect ending to a good meal!
Ingredients:

Tbsp.
orange marmalade

Tbsp.
orange-flavored liqueur

Sunkist® oranges, peeled, cut into quarter-cartwheel slices

10
ready-to-use crêpes or prepared crêpes

Fresh Orange Ice Cream (see recipe)

Sliced natural almonds
Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

In large bowl, stir together marmalade and orange liqueur.

Add orange slices and toss gently; chill

To fill each crêpe, with brown side down, spoon and about 3 heaping tablespoons of ice cream along center of pancake; fold in ends and roll up

Place each filled crêpe on tray or plate in freezer as completed

Freeze until firm

To Serve: Place each filled crêpe on individual dessert dish, spoon over some of the orange sauce mixture. Sprinkle with almonds and garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
