Instructions: (Makes 6 servings)

In large skillet, brown chicken (in two batches) in butter

Add orange juice, honey, onion, bouillon and pepper
-
Cover; simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender
-
Arrange chicken on cooked rice; keep warm
-
To make sauce, gradually blend wine into flour; stir into pan dripping
-
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened
-
Add orange peel and sections; heat
-
Serve over chicken

Garnish with orange cartwheel slices and parsley
