Another must try, Orange Kiwi Ambrosia is truly the fruit of the gods! Your family will love this citrus dessert combining oranges, kiwi, almonds, and coconut.

Ingredients:

4 Sunkist® oranges, peeled, cut in cartwheel slices
1 Kiwi (or banana), peeled, thinly sliced
½ Sunkist® orange, grated zest
1 Sunkist® orange, juiced
¼ cup almond or orange flavored liqueur
¼ cup whole almonds
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut, toasted

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

In bowl, arrange orange and kiwi slices. Combine orange zest, juice and liqueur. Pour over fruit mixture, chill. Spoon onto individual dessert dishes, sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
