Sprinkling toasted coconut on Oro Blanco/Melo Gold Ambrosia gives this already delicious fruit treat that unexpected flavor.

In a bowl, place Oro Blanco or Melo Gold and orange sections. Sprinkle with sugar, ginger, and coconut extract.

Toss gently. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. To serve, sprinkle with toasted coconut.
