Very tasty! And even better, Broiled Salmon with Sesame Butter is a cinch to make! The combination of lemon and sesame is wonderful.


  • 6 (3/4 inch thick) Salmon steaks (1 1/2 to 2 lbs.)
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 Sunkist® lemon, zest and juice
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Note: Any fish steaks such as Halibut or Swordfish can be substituted for Salmon.

Instructions: (Makes 6 servings)

  • In small saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon zest and juice, sesame seed, seasoned salt and pepper. Brush Salmon steaks with butter mixture.
  • Place on broiler pan, broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Brush occasionally with remaining butter mixture. Garnish with lwmon wedges and parsley, if desired.
