Quick and delicious, Citrus Crab Stack is as good for you as it is good. No need to add salt, the use of lemon will take it's place making this a wonderful Sunkist S’alternative™ You will be delighted with this recipe!


  • 1 lb. crab meat, mixed with 3/4 cups citrus stack sauce (see recipe below)
  • 2 1/2 cups mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced

  • Citrus Stack Sauce:
  • 3 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. Sunkist® lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Tobasco sauce

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

  • Mix the crab and citrus stack sauce. Separately mix mango, pepper and red onion together.
  • Place a large cylinder mold or can (top and bottom removed) on a serving plate, spoon the crab mixture into the mold. Add the mango, pepper and onion layer, followed by the avocado layer and lightly press down on the stack.
  • Gently remove the mold. (Note: If you think you might have trouble removing the mold from the stack cleanly, you can line the mold with plastic wrap beforehand). Serve with crackers or bread.
