Easy and delicious. Fresh Fruit and Cheese Kabobs are a cinch to make and the kids can help! Cheese and fruit are wonderful together, your family and friends will love these kabobs.


  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 Sunkist® orange, grated peel
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 2 Sunkist® oranges or tangerines, peeled and segmented
  • 2 bananas, cut into chunks*
  • 1 medium apple, cored, cut into slices*
  • 1/2 cup Sunkist® large grapes

  • * To prevent darkening sprinkle bananas and apple with lemon juice.

Instructions: (Makes 16 servings)

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, blue cheese and orange zest. Form into sixteen 1 inch balls, roll in chopped nuts. Chill 30 minutes until firm.

  • To Serve: On a 6 inch wooden skewer arrange one cheese ball and an assortment of fruit.
