This is refreshing as well as delicious. Fresh Orange and Grape Mold made with cream cheese, pieces or fresh orange and grapes. You will love this!


  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 packages (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 Sunkist® orange, grated peel
  • 1 1/2 cups Sunkist® fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/3 cup Sunkist® fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 to3 Sunkist® oranges, peeled, cut in bite sized pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup Sunkist® seedless grapes, halved

Instructions: (Makes 8 servings)

  • In saucepan combine gelatin, sugar and salt, add water. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly to dissolve gelatin.
  • In small bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually add hot gelatin mixure, beating until smooth. Stir in orange peel, orange and lemon juice. Chill mixture until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites (about 1 1/4 hours).
  • Stir in orange pieces and grapes. pour into a lightly oiled 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm (about 1 1/2 hours). Unmold onto serving dish, garnishing with orange wedges or slices and cluster of whole grapes.
