This is a must try. Fruit 'N' Pudding Parfaits, the chocolate pudding goes delightfuly well with the fresh taste or orange. Add grapes and nuts and this can't be beat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (about 3 oz.) vanilla or chocolate instant pudding & pie filling mix*
  • 2 cups lowfat milk
  • 1 Sunkist® orange, grated peel
  • 2 Sunkist® oranges, peeled, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup Sunkist® green seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts

    *One package regular cooked pudding, prepared with milk and grated oranged peel, can be substituted. Cooked pudding needs to be chilled thoroughly before assembling parfaits.

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

  • Prepare pudding with cold milk according to package directions, stir in orange peel. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken, For each serving spoon 1/4 cup pudding into serving dish, put 1/4 of the orange pieces and grape halves and top with 1/4 cup more pudding, sprinkle each serving with chopped nuts.
