Adding fresh grapefruit to already prepared vinaigrette makes this Grapefruit Vinaigrette a great tasting way to make a delicious dressing. No one will ever know you started with an already made dressing!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sunkist® grapefruit juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp. Sunkist® grapefruit zest
  • 1 ½ cups Balsamic vinaigrette, prepared

Instructions: (Makes 100 servings)

  • Whisk grapefruit juice, grapefruit zest and vinaigrette together
    •
  • Chill a minimum of 2 hours
    •
  • Hold refrigerated until service
