Stack the crêpes on top of each other as they are cooked. Hint of Lemon Crêpes need no wax paper between them, they won't stick together!

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ Sunkist® lemon, grated peel and juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions: (Makes 12 servings)

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients; blend until smooth.

  • In a hot, lightly oiled 6-inch skillet, pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter, tilting the pan slightly to quickly spread the batter thinly and evenly.
