  • 1 Sunkist® orange, juiced
  • 1/2 Sunkist® grapefruit, juiced
  • 1/2 Sunkist® lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup finely chopped pineapple, frozen
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 mango, chopped
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) lowfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • Fresh sprigs of mint (optional)

Instructions: (Makes 2 servings)

  • In blender, combine orange, grapefruit, and lemon juices. Add pineapple, banana and mango. Puree in blender until all fruit is blended. Add yogurt and blend until smooth. Stir in carrot juice and cranberry juice. Garnish with mint, if desired, and serve.
