Sunkist® grapefruit, peeled, cut into 12 to 16 half-cartwheel slices

large unpeeled plums, each cut into 10 to 12 slices

large unpeeled nectarine or peach, cut into 12 to 16 slices

small honeydew melon, cut into melon balls, cubes or wedges

Crisp lettuce leaves

small wedges of Swiss cheese (optional)

Grapefruit-mint dressing (see recipe index for recipe)
Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

On four individual serving plates, divide and arrange fruit and cheese on lettuce as desired

Garnish each serving with sprig of fresh mint leaves and grapefruit peel curls, if desired

Spoon about 2 to 3 tablespoons grapefruit-mint dressing over each salad
