This dressing is not only great on salads, but makes an excellent dip or sauce for vegetables or poultry. Sunkist Creamy Lemon Tarragon Dressing will stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 unit egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp. dried tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 cups canola oil

Instructions: (Makes 80 servings)

  • In a blender add all the ingredients except the canola oil.
  • Blend ingredients on high speed until combined.
  • While blending, slowly add the canola oil in a steady stream until fully incorporated.
