Serve over fish in addition to chips, Sunkist Fresh Pummelo and Avocado Salsa is appealing to the eye as well as the appetite!


  • 1/2 cup Sunkist® fresh pummelo* segments, diced
  • 1 cup avocado, ripe but firm, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, small diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

    * Sunkist grapefruit may be substituted when pummelos are not in season.

Instructions: (Makes 2 servings)

  • Combine Sunkist fresh diced pummelo segments, diced avocado, red bell pepper, and green onion. Toss gently to blend thoroughly.
  • Season with just a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serving Suggestions: Excellent served with baked whole wheat tortilla wedges, or spoon ΒΌ cup salsa on top of grilled or baked halibut.
