In addition to dessert, try this for a delicious breakfast treat. Sunkist Grape Parfait is a simple and refreshing fruit parfait and the differing textures play off each other beautifully. This is a delightful dish that never fails to impress!


  • 2 cups Sunkist® grapes, washed and halved
  • 1 - 8oz. package light cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2 shredded wheat biscuits
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

  • Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Whisk in the yogurt until well combined. Stir in the grapes. Divide the mixture amongst four serving bowls and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Mix together the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Crumble the shredded wheat into a medium sized mixing bowl. Drizzle the melted butter over the shreddded wheat and toss with the sugar mixture. Spread the shredded wheat onto a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 5 to 8 minutes, or until the shredded wheat is well toasted.

  • To Serve: Top each dish with the toasted shredded wheat and serve.
