Highly aromatic and intensely flavorful Key Limes are also known as the Mexican or West Indian lime. For a delicious citrus dessert try Sunkist Key Lime Pie.


  • 1 prepared 9” graham cracker piecrust
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 (14-oz) can low-fat sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 Tbsp. of fresh squeezed Sunkist® key lime juice*
  • Finely grated zest of 2 Sunkist® key limes
  • 1 16-oz container of reduced fat non-dairy whipped topping
  • Granulated sugar and additional key limes for garnish, as needed
  • Splash of juice from a Sunkist® orange, as needed

    *Note: 10 Tbsp. of lime juice is equivalent to about 20 limes.

Instructions: (Makes 8 servings)

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Gently whisk egg yolks with sweetened milk in a bowl until combined well.
  • Add juice and zest, whisking until thick and creamy.
  • Pour filling into crust and bake in middle of oven 15 minutes.
  • Cool pie completely on rack before chilling, covered, for at least 8 hours.
  • Filling will thicken as pie cools.
  • To serve, top pie with whipped topping.
  • Dip Key lime slices in sugar to garnish top of pie.
