This is absolutely delicious! Sunkist Tangerine-Strawberry Marmalade can be used over ice cream, on pastry, with meat dishes, use your imagination!


  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries (about 3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 Sunkist® tangerines*, segmented (include any juices)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions: (Makes 2 servings)

  • Cut tops off strawberries and cut each in half.
  • Place in bowl with sugar, stir to coat and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Add tangerine segments with juices, jam, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir well to combine.
  • Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes until mixture is thickened.
  • Let cool completely, then cover and refrigerate.
  • Marmalade will keep refrigerated in covered glass container for up to one week.

    *Use Sunkist® mandarins, tangerines or tangelos.
