This is not what you expect when you read the ingredients! Tangy Tomato Salad Dressing is absolutely delicious, serve on salad or any number of dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (7 1/4 oz.) low sodium tomato soup
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ Sunkist® lemon, grated zest
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • Generous dash of cinnamon (otional)

Instructions: (Makes 8 servings)

  • In a jar with lid, combine all ingredients, Chill, shake well before serving.
