This Three-Egg Meringue is easy to make, use this on our Meyer Lemon Meringue Pie or any recipe that calls for meringue.

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg whites
  • ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions: (Makes 1 serving)

  • In bowl, with electric mixer, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy.

  • Gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
    •
