Delicious! Toasted Coconut Pie Crust can be used with a variety of fillings, try with coconut cream, banana cream, chocolate. The possibilities are endless!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups shredded or flaked coconut , toasted
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly grated Sunkist® grapefruit peel

Instructions: (Makes 8 servings)

  • Thoroughly combine all the ingredients. Press firmly onto the bottom and sides of a 10-inch pie plate; chill.
