You are going to love this chicken dish! Triple Orange Curried Chicken with Kiwifruit is a wonderful dish to serve family or friends. Made with delicious fresh oranges, lemon, orange marmalade, curry, and Kiwi fruit for an unexpected delicious surprise!


  • 4 boneless, skinless half-chicken breasts (1 lb.)
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 cup fresh squeezed Sunkist® orange juice
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 Sunkist® lemon, grated zest and juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 cup sweet red or green bell pepper strips
  • 2 Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Sunkist® orange, peeled, cut in half-cartwheel slices

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

  • Pat chicken pieces dry with paper toweling, sprinkle with curry powder. In large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat, and lightly brown chicken with onion, about 5 minutes.
  • Add orange juice, marmalade, lemon peel and salt, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Combine lemon juice and cornstarch, stir into skillet mixture.
  • Add red pepper strips and cook uncovered until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes), stirring constantly. Add kiwifruit and orange slices, heat. Serve with cooked rice if desired.
