Salmon with Cara Cara Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 salmon filets (about 4-6 oz. each)
• 2 Sunkist® Cara Cara oranges, zested and juiced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  
  Salsa:
• 1 Sunkist® Cara Cara orange, peeled, segmented and diced
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
• 1 Tbsp. onion, finely diced
• 1 tsp. jalapeño pepper, minced
• 4 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
• 1 tsp. Sunkist® lemon juice
• Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
