Taking the place of heavy cream, Greek style nonfat yogurt makes Sunkist Fresh Grapefruit Panna Cotta irresistible as well as a low fat dessert!
Ingredients:

packet unflavored gelatin

freshly squeezed Sunkist® grapefruit juice

milk

sugar

Greek style nonfat plain yogurt

tsp.
freshly grated Sunkist® grapefruit peel

Sunkist® grapefruits, peeled, segmented and seeded

sugar
Instructions: (Makes 6 servings)

Sprinkle gelatin over grapefruit juice in small bowl, stir. Let stand for 5 minutes until softened.

Microwave milk and sugar in medium microwave safe bowl for one minute, stirring once until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin mixture, yogurt and grapefruit peel, stir until smooth.

Pour into six, 6oz custard cups. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.

Combine grapefruit segments and sugar, cover and chill.

To Serve: Place each custard cup in 1-inch hot water for 30 to 45 seconds to loosen. immediately invert onto individual dessert dishes and top with chilled grapefruit segments.
