Sunkist Lemon Cupcake Cones Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups sifted self-rising flour
• 1 cup milk
• 2 ½ Tbsp. finely grated Sunkist® lemon zest
  
  For the frosting:
• 2 Tbsp. finely grated Sunkist® lemon zest
• ½ cup cream cheese
• ½ cup (1 stick) butter
• 8 cups powdered sugar, sifted
• ¼ tsp. salt

• as needed color sprinkles
