Sunkist Wine Glazed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 chicken drumsticks with thighs attached
  
  
• Marinade:
• 3 cups red wine, preferably Pinot Noir
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
• 2 tsp. rosemary, chopped
• 2 tsp. thyme, chopped
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  
  
• Sauce:
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• 4 slices bacon, chopped
• ½ cup onion, diced
• ½ carrot, diced
• ½ stalk celery, diced
• ½ cup Sunkist® black seedless grapes, halved
• ½ cup Sunkist® seedless red grapes, halved
  
  
• Preparation: Heat oven to 400 degrees.
