Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

Preheat oven to 400º F.

Place tortilla chips on baking sheet.

Sprinkle each tortilla with 1tablespoon of cheese and 1/2 tablespoon chopped tangelos. (For a spicier taste, add jalapeno slices.)

Bake in oven 6 - 8 minutes until cheese is melted.
