Tangerines, with their passion fruit aroma and sweet flavor, mixed with the tropical sweet taste of the pummelo, Tangerine Ambrosia is a sure winner for a refreshing summer salad!

Ingredients:

2 Sunkist® tangerines, peeled, segmented
1 Sunkist® pummelo, peeled, sectioned
1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 Sunkist® tangerines, juiced
2 tsp. honey
Fresh mint sprigs, tangerine peel strips for garnish

Instructions: (Makes 4 servings)

In a bowl, toss together tangerines and pummelo with chopped mint. In another small bowl, stir together tangerine juice and honey. Pour mixture over fruit; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve in compote dishes, garnished with mint or peel strips.
